Hi, Brad
I am a big fan of yours and I would like to thank you for sharing your success and experience with us! I am currently working out with my personal trainer and I have a question regarding the menu. I need to lose at least 15 pounds in order to get in good shape and I was wondering if it would be acceptable to skip oatmeal or cereal during this period. I still eat fruits and vegetables, but cut off bread and grains. What to you think?
