    Message:

I've been working out for several months using strenght bands & Brad's books as a guide & find that:

    1) Sometimes I dont' feel the muscle group I'm working, but if I increase resistance to the next band, I can complete only a few reps (I do 15 reps/exercise.)

    2) I was working chest muscles, 3 different exercises: one arm fly, standing 2 arm chest press-high and low(placement of the bands.) I did the fly & high press okay-I felt the correct muscles. The low press I felt in my upper arms. I don't know what I was doing wrong; I was not rushing it & I focused on the muscle!

I'm concerned that if I don't feel the muscle group, that I'm not getting any benefit. This hasn't happened a lot & I have seen some results.

Any suggestions or am I just thinking too much about it?

    Thanks.
