Biggest Contest Win: 2004 CBBF Canadian National Championships-won the show with unanimous 1st place votes and earned my IFBB Pro Status. Six weeks later, I made my pro debut and ended up winning my first IFBB Pro Show at the SW USA Pro Cup in Texas and qualified for the Fitness Olympia.

What supplements do you take?: Glutamine, protein powder, USANA Health paks, vitamin E, Omegas

How many days a week do you train?: I train 5-6 days a week.

Long Term Fitness Goal: To continue to live a healthy lifestyle and be a leader/positive role model in the fitness industry.

Favorite hobby: I love to go hiking with my son and my mom on weekends

What music is currently on your iPod?: My son put a wide variety of music on my iPod. A little bit of everything!

Favorite Car: Z4-BMW-triple black (just sold it...)

Car you currently drive: BMW and a Hummer

Ideal vacation spot: I love Las Vegas and I love hanging out at my cottage (way up north)
