Biggest Contest Win: 2004 CBBF Canadian National Championships-won the show with unanimous 1st place votes and earned my IFBB Pro Status. Six weeks later, I made my pro debut and ended up winning my first IFBB Pro Show at the SW USA Pro Cup in Texas and qualified for the Fitness Olympia.

How many days a week do you train?: I train 5-6 days a week.

What music is currently on your iPod?: My son put a wide variety of music on my iPod. A little bit of everything!

Car you currently drive: BMW and a Hummer
Ideal vacation spot: I love Las Vegas and I love hanging out at my cottage (way up north)
