HEF: How long have you been involved in fitness?
DR: I've been physcially active virtually all of my life.
HEF: What activities did you first start out with?
DR: I took all kinds of dance from the time I was little. I've done everything from jazz to tap to even Oriental dance.
HEF: What are your career highlights?
DR: I have a book entitled, "Let's Get Real," I've hosted the ESPN cable shows, "Fitness Pro's" and "Crunch Fitness" and I've done a bunch of videos including "Buns of Steel," "30 days to Thinner Thighs," and others.
HEF: What is your long-term goal in fitness?
DR: To work with children and help them become physically fit.
