Apricot/Walnut Oatmeal

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 6 dried apricots
  • 1/8 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbspn nutmeg

Directions:

  • Place oatmeal in bowl and add water
  • Microwave oatmeal according to directions on package.
  • Add appricots, walnuts, and nutmeg and enjoy!
