Banana/Oatmeal Delight
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bannanas - mashed
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour or cream of wheat
- 1 cup of water combined by a whisk with 1/4 cup powdered egg whites
- 2 tsp of Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp each: Nutmeg, Cinnamon, ground cloves, ginger
Directions:
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix them together
- Spray a loaf pan with PAM cooking spray and pour in ingredients
- Insert a toothpick into center of mix
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and enjoy!
