Banana/Oatmeal Delight

Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bannanas - mashed
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour or cream of wheat
  • 1 cup of water combined by a whisk with 1/4 cup powdered egg whites
  • 2 tsp of Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp each: Nutmeg, Cinnamon, ground cloves, ginger

Directions:

  • In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix them together
  • Spray a loaf pan with PAM cooking spray and pour in ingredients
  • Insert a toothpick into center of mix
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and enjoy!
