Low Fat Chicken Burrito
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces grilled, skinlees chicken breast
- 1 ounce shredded fat free cheddar cheese
- 1 low fat flour burrito
- 1/4 cup fat free salsa
Directions:
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan and spray with Pam
- Place tortilla in the pan until warm
- Place the cheese evenly on top of the tortilla and then combine chicken and salsa over the cheese
- Fold each one-inch border over the center and pin them together with your fingers.
- Flip the bottom lip of the tortilla up and over, and then push the lip over the burrito so that all the ingredients are contained.
- Heat for three minutes on each side and enjoy!
