Low Fat Chicken Burrito

Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces grilled, skinlees chicken breast
  • 1 ounce shredded fat free cheddar cheese
  • 1 low fat flour burrito
  • 1/4 cup fat free salsa

Directions:

  • Preheat a non-stick frying pan and spray with Pam
  • Place tortilla in the pan until warm
  • Place the cheese evenly on top of the tortilla and then combine chicken and salsa over the cheese
  • Fold each one-inch border over the center and pin them together with your fingers.
  • Flip the bottom lip of the tortilla up and over, and then push the lip over the burrito so that all the ingredients are contained.
  • Heat for three minutes on each side and enjoy!
