Chicken Cacciatore
Ingredients:
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 onion sliced into rings
- 1 tspn garlic
- 1/2 can (14 oz) chopped tomatoes
- 8 ounces low-sodium marinara sauce
- 1/2 tspn of oregano
- 1/2 tspn of basil
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta, boiled al dente
Directions:
- Spray non-stick cooking pan with Pam
- Put chicken into pan and brown over at medium height
- Remove chicken and set aside
- Re-coat pan with Pam and add all ingredients except chicken and pasta. Cook at medium heat for 7 minutes
- Add chicken to the mix and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes
- Pour chicken and sauce over pasta and enjoy!
