Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Ingredients:
  • 8 egg whites
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tspn nutmeg
  • 1 tspn cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 lb raisins
  • 2 cups powdered lecithin
  • 2 tspns baking powder
  • 2 1/2 lbs whole wheat flour

Directions:

  • In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, spices and honey with one cup water and mix until blended
  • Add 2 more cups water, raisins, lecithin and baking powder and continue mixing.
  • Add final cup water and sift in flour while mixing thoroughly.
  • Separate dough into 4 equal components and place in non-stick baking pan.
  • Bake at 300 degrees for one hour or until top is golden brown and enjoy!
