Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Ingredients:
- 8 egg whites
- 4 cups water
- 1 tspn nutmeg
- 1 tspn cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 lb raisins
- 2 cups powdered lecithin
- 2 tspns baking powder
- 2 1/2 lbs whole wheat flour
Directions:
- In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, spices and honey with one cup water and mix until blended
- Add 2 more cups water, raisins, lecithin and baking powder and continue mixing.
- Add final cup water and sift in flour while mixing thoroughly.
- Separate dough into 4 equal components and place in non-stick baking pan.
- Bake at 300 degrees for one hour or until top is golden brown and enjoy!
