Curry Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium tomato sliced into quarters
  • 1 tbspn curry powder
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 8 oz non-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tspn Ms. Dash

Directions:

  • Place ingredients in blender and process on high speed until thoroughly blended
  • Serve with raw vegetables and enjoy!
