Curry Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 medium tomato sliced into quarters
- 1 tbspn curry powder
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 8 oz non-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 tspn Ms. Dash
Directions:
- Place ingredients in blender and process on high speed until thoroughly blended
- Serve with raw vegetables and enjoy!
