Chicken Divan
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of fresh broccoli
- 12 ounces skinless chicken, sliced into strips
- 4 tbspns fat-free Parmesan cheese
- 10 ounces low-sodium chicken soup
- 1/3 cup water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Arrange broccoli in layers over chicken in baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over broccoli and chicken.
- Mix soup with water and heat and pour over contents.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes and enjoy!
