Egg White McBagel
Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat bagel
- 4 egg whites
- 2 slices fat-free cheese (any kind)
- 1 tspn basil
- 1 tspn oregano
- 2 tbspns canned roasted bell peppers
Directions:
- Cut bagel in half and toast until golden brown.
- Spray non-stick frying pan with PAM and heat at 350 degrees.
- Pour egg whites into pan and cook omelete style, adding oregano, basil and bell peppers during cooking.
- When eggs are no longer "watery" top with cheese and fold.
- Place egg on bagel and enjoy!
