Egg White McBagel

Ingredients:
  • 1 whole wheat bagel
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 slices fat-free cheese (any kind)
  • 1 tspn basil
  • 1 tspn oregano
  • 2 tbspns canned roasted bell peppers

Directions:

  • Cut bagel in half and toast until golden brown.
  • Spray non-stick frying pan with PAM and heat at 350 degrees.
  • Pour egg whites into pan and cook omelete style, adding oregano, basil and bell peppers during cooking.
  • When eggs are no longer "watery" top with cheese and fold.
  • Place egg on bagel and enjoy!
