Mexican Egg-White Omelette

Ingredients:
  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons medium salsa
  • 1 slice fat-free cheese

Directions:

  • Spray non-stick frying pan with PAM.
  • Add egg whites and pull at edges until solid
  • Place cheese and salsa on top, fold over and enjoy!
