Mexican Egg-White Omelette
Ingredients:
- 6 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons medium salsa
- 1 slice fat-free cheese
Directions:
- Spray non-stick frying pan with PAM.
- Add egg whites and pull at edges until solid
- Place cheese and salsa on top, fold over and enjoy!
