Multi-Fruit Seafood Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 large pineapple
  • 3 Mandarin oranges
  • 3 kiwis
  • 1/2 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp, crab or tuna

Directions:

  • Cut pineapple, oranges and kiwis into small cubes and place in large bowl
  • Add seafood into bowl
  • Toss with salad greens and enjoy!
