Multi-Fruit Seafood Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 large pineapple
- 3 Mandarin oranges
- 3 kiwis
- 1/2 head Romaine lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp, crab or tuna
Directions:
- Cut pineapple, oranges and kiwis into small cubes and place in large bowl
- Add seafood into bowl
- Toss with salad greens and enjoy!
