Protein-powered Orange Whip

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 packets unflavored gelatin
  • 3 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 3 tbsns lemon juice
  • 2 tbsns frozen apple juice
  • 2 packets artificial sweetener
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder

Directions:

  • In mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup orange juice with gelatin
  • In separate pot, heat remaining orange juice, bringing it to a boil
  • Add orange juice to gelatin mixture and stir until gelatin is dissolved
  • Add apple juice, lemon juice, artificial sweetener and whey protein powder
  • Chill in refrigerator until mixture thickens
  • Beat with mixer until fluffy and enjoy!
