Protein-powered Orange Whip
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 packets unflavored gelatin
- 3 1/2 cups orange juice
- 3 tbsns lemon juice
- 2 tbsns frozen apple juice
- 2 packets artificial sweetener
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
Directions:
- In mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup orange juice with gelatin
- In separate pot, heat remaining orange juice, bringing it to a boil
- Add orange juice to gelatin mixture and stir until gelatin is dissolved
- Add apple juice, lemon juice, artificial sweetener and whey protein powder
- Chill in refrigerator until mixture thickens
- Beat with mixer until fluffy and enjoy!
