Power Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Aunt Jemima Complete whole wheat pancake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop whey protein
Directions:
- Preheat a griddle at 400 degrees and spray with Pam
- Combine ingredients into a mixing bowl
- Pour ingredients onto griddle in 8 equal circles.
- Flip after approximately 30 seconds
- Serve with all-fruit jelly and enjoy!
