Power Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Aunt Jemima Complete whole wheat pancake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop whey protein

Directions:

  • Preheat a griddle at 400 degrees and spray with Pam
  • Combine ingredients into a mixing bowl
  • Pour ingredients onto griddle in 8 equal circles.
  • Flip after approximately 30 seconds
  • Serve with all-fruit jelly and enjoy!
