Sea Bass Marsala
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces sea bass fillets
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1 tbspn oregano
Directions:
- Combine wine, onion powder and oregano with enough water to fill two inches of a large saucepan and bring liquid to a boil.
- Arange fish on a steaming tray and place on a rack about an inch above the liquid.
- Cover and steam for about 15 minutes and enjoy!
