Sea Bass Marsala

Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces sea bass fillets
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 tbspn oregano

Directions:

  • Combine wine, onion powder and oregano with enough water to fill two inches of a large saucepan and bring liquid to a boil.
  • Arange fish on a steaming tray and place on a rack about an inch above the liquid.
  • Cover and steam for about 15 minutes and enjoy!
