Garlic Shrimp-Ka-Bob

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz large shrimp
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 green pepper cut into strips
  • 1 tbpn garlic
  • 1 tspn ground pepper
  • 1/2 tspn of oregano
  • 1/2 tspn of basil
  • 2 tbsns balsamic vinegar

Directions:

  • Combine garlic, ground pepper, oregano, basil and balsamic vinegar into a large bowl
  • Marinate shrimp, tomatoes and green pepper in the mix for one hour.
  • Place shrimp, tomatoes and green pepper on skewers and barbeque until slightly brown.
  • Remove from the skewers and enjoy!
