Garlic Shrimp-Ka-Bob
Ingredients:
- 8 oz large shrimp
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 green pepper cut into strips
- 1 tbpn garlic
- 1 tspn ground pepper
- 1/2 tspn of oregano
- 1/2 tspn of basil
- 2 tbsns balsamic vinegar
Directions:
- Combine garlic, ground pepper, oregano, basil and balsamic vinegar into a large bowl
- Marinate shrimp, tomatoes and green pepper in the mix for one hour.
- Place shrimp, tomatoes and green pepper on skewers and barbeque until slightly brown.
- Remove from the skewers and enjoy!
