Vanilla Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 scoop French vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tspn vanilla extract
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes

Directions:

  • Combine ingredients into blender and blend at high speed until a smoothe consistency is achieved.
  • Pour into tall glass and enjoy!
