Vanilla Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 scoop French vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tspn vanilla extract
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
Directions:
- Combine ingredients into blender and blend at high speed until a smoothe consistency is achieved.
- Pour into tall glass and enjoy!
