Lemon/Cayenne Red Snapper

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound red snapper
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tspn garlic powder
  • 1/4 tspn onion powder
  • 1/4 tspn paprica
  • 1/4 tspn cayenne pepper

Directions:

  • Place fish on broiler pan
  • Squeeze juice of lemon over fish
  • Add garlic, onion, paprika and pepper
  • Broil for approximately 10 minutes
  • Serve over a bed of steamed rice and enjoy!
