Lemon/Cayenne Red Snapper
Ingredients:
- 1 pound red snapper
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 tspn garlic powder
- 1/4 tspn onion powder
- 1/4 tspn paprica
- 1/4 tspn cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Place fish on broiler pan
- Squeeze juice of lemon over fish
- Add garlic, onion, paprika and pepper
- Broil for approximately 10 minutes
- Serve over a bed of steamed rice and enjoy!
