Lemon Pepper Swordfish
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces swordfish steak
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon/herb spice
Directions:
- Place swordfish in a large bowl and combine lemon juice, oregano, pepper and lemon/herb spice on top
- Mix ingredients and let marinate for 1 hour
- Place swordfish on barbecue. Let stand for 5 minutes and turn over for another five minutes.
- Serve with salad or brown rice and enjoy!
