Lemon Pepper Swordfish

Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces swordfish steak
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon/herb spice

Directions:

  • Place swordfish in a large bowl and combine lemon juice, oregano, pepper and lemon/herb spice on top
  • Mix ingredients and let marinate for 1 hour
  • Place swordfish on barbecue. Let stand for 5 minutes and turn over for another five minutes.
  • Serve with salad or brown rice and enjoy!
