Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces of brewed coffee
  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free milk (if desired)
  • 1 packet sugar substitute (if desired)

Directions:

  • Pour coffee into a tall glass, add ingredients and enjoy!
