Zucchini-Squash Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium yellow squash
- 2 tspns Dijon mustard
- 1 tspn balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tspn crushed black pepper
- 1 tspn light soy sauce
Directions:
- Cut zucchini and squash into juliene strips and place in a large bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend together until smooth.
- Pour mixture over squash and zucchini.
- Toss until evenly distrubeted and enjoy!
