WORK OUT TO IMPROVE WORK PERFORMANCE

Scarsdale, NY - Most people know that exercises confers a variety of health-related benefits. But what many don't know is that it also can translate into better job-related performance. "Working out gives you more discipline in your everyday life," Schoenfeld is quoted as saying in the current issue of Fit Magazine. "Being disciplined is one of the most fundamental aspects of being productive in the workplace."

Exercise can also boost energy levels, allowing you work longer and harder. "When your tired and weak, obviously your going to be rundown," Schoenfeld proclaims. "And when you're rundown, it's difficult to muster up the motivation to do your job effectively."

Schoenfeld professes that exercise can even help to stave off various work-related injuries. "Lower back problems are one of the most common injuries and many of them are a function of the workplace. When you build up the musculature in the lower back region you're much less likely to incur an injury."

Please contact Brad Schoenfeld to arrange an interview and/or for additional quotes.
