FITNESS EXPERT BRAD SCHOENFELD SAYS FOR 2002
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE UPPER BODY

Scarsdale, NY - For the past two years or so, the bellybutton and booty have been getting significant media attention thanks to taught tummy celebs like Brittany Spears, Christina Agulera and Janet Jackson. But, there is another body part getting more buzz lately than J-Lo's bodacious bum. According to fitness guru Brad Schoenfeld, author of the best-selling fitness book, Look Great Naked and his newest book Look Great Sleeveless (Prentice Hall Press, 07352-0304-0, January 2002, $20.00, Paper) the arms, shoulders, back and bust are where all eyes will be for 2002.

From the off the shoulder styles seen on the runways of New York and Milan, to sleeveless, strapless tops and evening gowns at the suburban malls, it is clear. The upper body has moved to center stage. Even brides are going strapless these days.

"Women have always been concerned about their hips and thighs, but over the past few years women are realizing that a defined, toned upper body is just as important--especially if they want to wear the latest fashions," explains Schoenfeld.

With upper body inspirations of all ages such as Madonna, Sara Jessica Parker, Angela Basset, Hallie Berry, and Gwen Stefani women understand that the right upper body workout will not lead to unfeminine bulk.

Given Schoenfeld's level of expertise and regard in the fitness market, he is prepared to comment on the following trends and topics:

  • Upper body workouts to do in front of the TV.
  • Popular fashions and the workouts needed to pull of the looks.
  • Dispelling the bulk myth.
  • Forget the breast implants --5 bust building exercises that will make you appear a cup size bigger.

Brad Schoenfeld, personal trainer since 1987, President of Global Fitness Services, founder of lookgreatnaked.com, has appeared in countless magazines offering women fitness advice. Look Great Sleeveless, a follow up to Brad's popular, #1 amazon ranked (fitness category) title Look Great Naked, offers dozens of specific exercises designed to battle the bat wings, shape shoulders, and bring gravity back to the buxom.

Please contact Brad Schoenfeld to arrange an interview and/or for additional quotes.
