TONE YOUR TROUBLE ZONES
Scarsdale, NY -
Whether you are new to exercise or an experienced fitness veteran, there always will be areas of your body in need of improvement. In the current issue of Exercise and Health Magazine, renowned trainer Brad Schoenfeld explains how to turn a weakness into a strength.
Although genetics have a bearing on your body shape, Schoenfeld says there is plenty of room for improving on what you have. "Everyone has the ability to significantly improve their physique," Schoenfeld states. "Genetics account for anywhere from twenty-five to fifty percent of your shape. The rest is up to the individual. With a sound training program, the sky is pretty much the limit."
Schoenfeld provides expert training tips for all major muscle groups, including the abs. "You need to train the abs from multiple angles to achieve optimal development. This entails flexing movements such as crunches and reverse curls, side-to-side movements such as dumbbell side bends, and twisting movements such as wood chops. By working these moves into a cohesive routine and training with sufficient intensity, you'll ultimately see a big difference in your midsection."
Please contact Brad Schoenfeld to arrange an interview and/or for additional quotes.
