The High-Energy Fitness System

WomenHigh-Energy Fitness™ is a unique system of training that helps a woman achieve a toned, feminine physique without becoming muscle-bound. It does so by synthesizing weight training into an aerobic format, thereby promoting muscle tone while simultaneously burning fat—goals that are thought to be mutually exclusive. Ultimately, the program allows a woman to burn up to 600 calories in a session while at the same time accentuating muscular shape and definition.

High-Energy Fitness™ incorporates a variety of bodysculpting principles into a cohesive system, creating a structured workout regimen. It is standardized so that any woman coveting a sleek, defined body can implement the system on a universal basis; yet it is flexible enough to be adapted to a woman’s individual genetic abilities and limitations—an essential component of an effective exercise program.

Brad Schoenfeld, CPT, a nationally recognized expert on women’s fitness, developed High-Energy Fitness™ while training many of the New York City-based models. He labeled the system “high-energy” because of its expeditious pace. Over the years, Mr. Schoenfeld and his staff have trained hundreds of women in High-Energy Fitness™, enjoying outstanding success in helping them achieve their fitness goals.

The High-Energy Fitness™ system is progressive; it is designed to work in a step-wise fashion, gradually acclimating a woman to the intensive nature of the workout. It is set up in incremental stages (body conditioning, toning and shaping, and targeted bodysculpting), whereby a woman’s progress dictates when it is time to proceed to the next level. In this way, she can realize her potential in conjunction with her own personal capabilities.
