    Barbell Preacher CurlBarbell Preacher Curl: Begin by grasping a barbell with a palms up, shoulder-width grip. Place the upper portion of your arms on a preacher pad and, maintaining an erect posture, allow your elbows to extend just short of locking out. Keeping your upper arms pressed to the pads, slowly curl the bar up toward your shoulders. Contract your biceps and then slowly return the bar to the start position.
