Cable Adduction
Cable Adduction: Begin by attaching a cuff to a low cable pulley and then securing the cuff to your right ankle. Position yourself so that your right side faces the weight stack and grasp a sturdy portion of the machine for support. Slowly pull your right leg toward and across the mid-line of your body, as far to the left as possible. Contract your inner thigh muscles and then reverse direction, returning your leg back to the start position. After performing the desired number of reps, repeat the process on your left.
