Chin-Up

    Chin UpChin-Up: Begin by taking a shoulder-width, overhand grip on a chinning bar. Allow your arms to fully straighten so that you feel a complete stretch in your lats. Bend your knees and cross your ankles over one another. Keeping your back arched, slowly pull yourself upward until your chin rises above the level of the bar. Contract your lats and then slowly lower your body back to the start position.
