    Dumbbell Upright RowDumbbell Upright Row: Begin by grasping two dumbbells. Allow your arms to hang down from your shoulders with your palms facing in toward your body. Assume a comfortable stance and keep your knees slightly bent. Slowly raise the dumbbells upward along the line of your body until your upper arms approach shoulder level, keeping your elbows higher than your wrists at all times. Contract your delts and then slowly lower the dumbbells along the same path back to the start position.
