Barbell Drag Curl
Barbell Drag Curl: Begin by grasping a barbell with a palms-up, shoulder-width grip and allow it to hang in front of your body with a slight bend to your elbows. Assume a comfortable stance and maintain a slight bend to your knees. Contract your biceps and then, slowly reverse direction and return to the start position. Keeping your upper arms close to your sides and stable throughout the move, slowly bring your elbows back behind your body, curling the bar along the line of your torso up toward your shoulders. Contract your biceps and then, slowly reverse direction and return to the start position.
