Dumbbell Standing Calf Raise

    Dumbbell Calf RaiseDumbbell Calf Raise: Begin by standing on a step (or staircase) and allow your heels to drop below your toes. Hold onto a stationary object with one hand and hold a dumbbell in the other hand. Slowly rise as high as you can onto your toes until your calves are fully flexed. Contract your calves and then slowly reverse direction, returning to the starting position.
