Dumbbell Drag Curl
Dumbbell Drag Curl: Begin by grasping two dumbbells and hold them at your sides with a slight bend to your elbows and palms facing away from your body. Assume a comfortable stance and maintain a slight bend to your knees. Keeping your upper arms close to your sides and stable throughout the move, slowly bring your elbows back behind your body, curling the dumbbells along the line of your torso up toward your shoulders. Contract your biceps and then, slowly reverse direction and return to the start position.
