Cable Crossover

    High Pulley Cable Crossover: Begin by grasping the handles of an overhead pulley apparatus (cable crossover machine). Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and your torso bent slightly forward at the waist. Slowly pull both handles downward and across your body, creating a semicircular movement. Bring your hands together at the level of your hips and squeeze your chest muscles so that you feel a contraction in the cleavage area. Then, slowly reverse direction, allowing your hands to return along the same path back to the start position.
