One-legged Leg Extension

    One Legged Leg ExtensionOne-legged Leg Extension: Begin by sitting back in a leg extension machine. Bend your right knee and place your right instep underneath the roller pad located at the bottom of the machine. Grasp the machine's handles for support. Slowly bring your right foot upward until it is just short of parallel with the ground. Contract your right quad and then reverse direction, returning back to the start position. After performing the desired number of reps, repeat the process on your left.
