One-Legged Standing Calf Raise

    One-legged Standing Calf Raise: Begin by standing face-forward in a standing calf machine with your shoulders supported by the restraint pads. Place the ball of your right foot on the footplate and allow your right heel to drop as far below your toe as possible. Slowly rise up as high as you can onto your right toe until your right calf is fully flexed. Contract your right calf and then slowly reverse direction, returning to the start position. After finishing the desired number of repetitions, repeat the process on your left.
