Pushdown
Rope Pushdown: Begin by grasping a rope that is attached to a high pulley apparatus with a neutral grip. Assume a shoulder-width stance with your knees slightly bent and your torso angled forward. Bend your arms so that your elbow forms a 90-degree angle. Keeping your elbows in at your sides, slowly straighten your arms. Contract your triceps and then reverse direction and return to the start position.
