Rope Crunch

    Rope CrunchRope Crunch: Begin by kneeling in front of a high pulley apparatus with your body facing the machine. Grasp a rope attached to the pulley and keep your elbows in towards your ears. Slowly curl your body downward, bringing your elbows to your knees. Contract your abs and then slowly uncurl your body, returning to the start position.
