    Seated Leg CurlSeated Leg Curl: Begin by lying sitting in a seated leg curl machine, with your back flat against the back support pad and heels resting on top of the roller pad. Keeping your thighs pressed to the seat, curl your feet downward as comfortably possible. Contract your hamstrings and then reverse direction, returning back to the start position.
