Triceps Dip
Triceps Dip: Begin by placing your heels on floor and your hands on the edge of a flat bench, keeping your arms straight. Slowly bend your elbows as far as comfortably possible, allowing your butt to descend below the level of the bench. Make sure your elbows stay close to your body throughout the move. Then, reverse direction and straighten your arms, returning to the start position.
