Twisting Hanging Leg Raise: Begin by grasping a chinning bar with a shoulder-width grip and keep your upper torso motionless throughout the move. With a slight bend in your knees, slowly raise your legs upward and to the right, lifting your butt so that your pelvis tilts toward your stomach. Contract your abs and obliques, and then reverse direction, returning your legs back to the start position. After performing the desired number of repetitions, repeat the process raising your legs to the left.
