Get Lean Diet

The following diet is a "competition-style" diet that is intended for those who want to lose body fat without sacrificing muscle tone. The diet consists of approximately 1400 calories. You may need to adjust the caloric content according to your own body type. Consult your physician before starting any nutritional program.

Meal One
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal (dry weight)
  • 4 eggs, whites only
  • 1 tbspn flaxseed oil
  • coffee or tea
Meal Two
  • Protein shake.
Meal Three
  • Large green salad with tablespoon of olive oil
  • 4 ounces lean fish, poultry or meat
  • 2 slices low calorie whole wheat bread or medium sweet potato or 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal Four
  • Protein shake.
Meal Five
  • 12 ounces green vegetables
  • 4 ounces lean fish, poultry or meat
